At Riverway Rentals, safety is our top priority. Before you embark on your adventure, all renters must complete and sign our Liability Waiver Form. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks of canoeing and kayaking and ensures that participants understand their responsibilities while on the water.
Why is a Waiver Required?
Canoeing and kayaking are exciting outdoor activities, but they can come with natural risks, such as changing weather conditions, water currents, and other unforeseen circumstances. By signing/clicking “Yes” on the waiver, you confirm that you:

Agree to follow all safety guidelines and rental policies.
Accept full responsibility for your safety and equipment during the rental period.
How to Complete the Waiver
To make the rental process smooth and efficient, we require all participants to complete the waiver before their scheduled rental. You can:

Complete a paper waiver in person at our rental location (please let Riverway Rental know ahead of time so we can ensure there is a form ready for you)

Participants under 18 years of age require a parent or legal guardian to sign on their behalf.
